What B64Decoder is

B64Decoder is a free collection of browser-based tools for standard Base64, Base64URL, image data URLs, and URL-component percent-encoding. It is designed for developers, students, system administrators, and anyone who needs an occasional conversion without creating an account.

Whether you are a software engineer debugging an API response, a student learning about data encoding, or a system administrator working with configuration files, our tools are designed to give you instant results with zero friction.

Our Tools

• Base64 Encoder/Decoder — Encode text to Base64 or decode Base64 strings back to readable text, with full UTF-8 support.
• Base64 Image Encoder — Convert images (PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WebP) to Base64 data URIs for embedding directly in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• URL Encoder/Decoder — Encode special characters to percent-encoded format or decode percent-encoded strings back to plain text.

All current tools run in your browser. The text or image being converted is not sent to a B64Decoder application endpoint.

Privacy First

Every converter processes input in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Optional Google Analytics loads only after consent and measures site usage rather than converter input; ordinary web-server logs are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
